PonyCon Holland 2021 has been moved to the weekend of 16 & 17 October 2021.

Dear visitor,
It is with pain in our hearts that we have to bring you this news. Back in December we started our ticket sales because we expected things would be normal enough in June to have a convention. That expectation has been squashed by the current developments surrounding COVID-19 and we now see no other option than postponing PonyCon Holland to autumn 2021, specifically: 16 & 17 October 2021. You may have a lot of questions, we’re going to try to answer them here.

Tickets
If you have already bought tickets for PonyCon Holland 2021 your tickets will be transferred to the new dates. You will also receive an email from Eventix, our ticket provider, with the option to cancel your ticket and request a refund. We hope you’ll keep your tickets and ask you to only request a refund if you can’t attend the convention on the new dates. If you do have to cancel your ticket you will have 1 month to request a refund. After this month we will assume you have agreed with moving your ticket to the new dates. Refunds will be paid out within two months.

If you haven’t bought a ticket yet we encourage you to do so. Our ticket sales will not be interrupted and starting now you will be able to buy a ticket for the new dates.

Hotel rooms

If you’ve reserved a hotel room in the Figi Hotel/Theatre you will have to contact Figi to move your booking to the new dates or cancel the booking if you can’t attend the convention. The same of course also applies to other hotels.
