Ticket sales are live!!!

The long awaited ticket sales birthday invitations are finally here! So grab some balloons, dust off your party cannon and prepare yourself for a crazy, fun-filled PonyCon Holland 2025!

For legal reasons, we do not endorse the unauthorized use of party cannons during the convention as a result of this announcement.

Vendors, Volunteers & Community Guests

Hotel

After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a unique link in your order confirmation email (check your spam) which you can use to book your hotel! Click below to read more about the venue and it's accessibility options!

Hotel & Accessibility

For vendors: You will receive this email after filling out your vendor application.
For people who want to apply as a volunteer: You will have to purchase a standard weekend ticket in order to receive the booking link, once you get accepted as volunteer, your ticket will be reimbursed.

Do note: hotel rooms are first come first serve. Last year, all the hotel rooms were sold out in a matter of hours after ticket sales went live.

 

Additionally, if we manage to sell 100 tickets within the first week of ticket sales, Waffles, Poffertje and Fan Brush might just announce the first special guest of their birthday party!
