The venue to host PonyCon Holland is the Hotel & Theatre Figi in the city of Zeist. Figi is located in the city centre and has many beautiful parks nearby. Figi is both an event centre and a hotel, so we got some room right at the von convention!. They'll also be providing catering services, so you won't have to go thirsty or hungry during the convention.

Hotel

Due to high demand on the Hotel Rooms at Figi we will be working with a raffle system for people buying their tickets during the first hour of ticket sales. The winners of this raffle will get a hotel booking assigned. PonyCon Holland transfers these reservations 6-7 weeks before the convention. PonyCon Holland only acts as an intermediary and bears no responsibility over the financial part of the booking, you will have to pay the hotel.

Parking
You can park in the parking garage of the venue.

Travel
The venue is a 40-minute drive from Schiphol airport. If you're travelling by public transport we advise you to use 9292.nl, their site (and app) will help you navigate the dutch public transport system.

Accessibility
Figi does not have any hotel rooms that feature fully wheelchair accessible bathrooms due to the lack of handles/bars.

Shuttle Service

During PonyCon Holland there will be a shuttle bus driving between Hotel Oud London, Hotel van der Valk Biltsche Hoek & Figi. The exact times of the service will be announced later, but it will run with a margin before and after, during official PonyCon Holland events. Using the shuttle service requires a ticket that is valid for the entire weekend. Discounts are available for PonyCon Holland attendees staying at Hotel Oud London en Hotel van der Valk Biltsche Hoek. These will be announced after the main hotel raffle
