Vendor Additional Terms and Conditions

1. General

  1. It is not allowed to attach anything to walls, pillars and other venue property. Any damages to the venue that result from not adhering to this rule will fall to the vendor. Exceptions can be arranged but only with permission from the staff member in charge of the vendor area.
  2. The venue doesn’t allow you to bring your own consumables. PCH will provide the vendors with water. If you want anything else you’ll have to buy it from the venue catering or consume it in your hotel room or off the venue grounds.
  3. It’s not allowed to place wares outside the area that has been assigned to you (table + 1 metre behind it and 50 centimetres in front of) unless given explicit permission by the staff member in charge of the vendor area.
  4. Stichting Dutch Pony Events can not be held liable for any damage to the vendor or their wares.
  5. Stichting Dutch Pony Events reserves the right to end the agreement and to order the vendor to remove their wares from the venue ground when the vendor causes damage to Stichting Dutch Pony events or the venue, sells products that are considered illegal under Dutch law, sells age restricted products to persons who have not reached the required age yet, uses violence against staff or visitors, treats staff or visitors disrespectfully or breaks  any other rules defined in this document. Stichting Dutch Pony Events will first try to solve the situation with a warning, but if the staff considers the infraction too big for a warning they may immediately choose to end the agreement with the vendor.
  6. Stichting Dutch Pony Events is not responsible for the vendors transactions or fiscal obligations.
  7. Stichting Dutch Pony Events will not handle transactions for the vendor nor provide the vendor with any means to handle transactions. The responsibility for providing customers with the appropriate payment methods in order to fulfil a transaction lies solely with the vendor.
  8. The vendor has to buy a ticket to gain access to the venue. The invoice for the vending spot does not include access to the venue.
  9. The vendor has 30 days to pay the invoice after it’s been sent. After these 30 days the reservation expires which can result in the loss of the reserved space. This can be prevented if the vendor contacts Stichting Dutch Pony Events and an agreement can be reached on a different payment term.

2. NSFW Items

  1. Products that are age-restricted to persons over 18 years under Dutch law will only be allowed to be sold during specific times and in specific areas specified by Stichting Dutch Pony Events. This also applies to items that can be considered not safe for work in any way. Judgement on whether something falls in this category lies solely with the staff of Stichting Dutch Pony Events.
  2. Stichting Dutch Pony Events is not obligated to facilitate the sales of 18+/nsfw products.
  3. Stichting Dutch Pony Events reserves the right to disallow the sale of specific items.
