Vendor applications
Haven't applied as a vendor yet but still want to? The vendor applications also have the same deadline of April 30th as the Super Early Bird tickets. Meaning they will close in a little over a day after this is posted.
You can apply here, we are unable to make exceptions for late applications.
Art contest submissions
If you're finishing up your submission for our art contest, make sure you do so and post the piece before May 1, 2026 11:59 PM. You can submit your piece by tagging us on Twitter, Bluesky or by posting it in our #drawings-and-art channel on the discord server.
We will announce the winner of the contest and the free ticket sometime next week!
