You are hereby invited to the birthday party of Waffles, Poffertje and Fan Brush! We are celebrating our birthday at the Hotel Theater Figi in Zeist on the 25th and 26th of October 2025!
We will start selling handing out tickets birthday invitations on March 8th at 19:00 CET.

This year, we have made the Friday Eve Party freely accessible for everypony!
If you get a Plus or Sponsor ticket, you will be able to purchase access to the Friday Eve Dinner as an add-on to your ticket. The Friday Eve Dinner is included with any VIP ticket or above)

The vendor and volunteer application forms will also open up at the same time. The links to these forms will be published in the actual ticket announcement on March 8th.

Hotel rooms will also open up at the same time as the ticket sales. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a unique link in your order confirmation email (check your spam) which you can use to book your room at the Figi hotel! You can read more about the hotel and it's accessibility options here:

For vendors and ponies using payment methods without immediate validation (like bank transfer): You will receive this email after confirming your order or filling out the vendor application. You do not need to wait for the payment to go through or your application to be approved.
Note: Hotel rooms are first come first serve. Last year, all the rooms got booked in a matter of hours after ticket sales launched.
