Vendor Application

Welcome and thank you for your interest in being a vendor during PonyCon Holland 2026.
This year we're again using our ticket system to sell vendor tables.
You'll have to click the button below to go to our ticket store, where you can use the coupon VENDORS to activate the vendor table options (the button should enter the code for you).
Order the table you want and the entry tickets you need for you and your assistants (more can be added later).
Your order will now be queued for approval by our vendor team (and doesn't have to be paid till then).

The table sizes are as followed:

Shared: 90cm
Medium: 140cm
Large: 180cm
Mega: 500cm

We will be collecting applications until the 30th of April.
