Wanna make PonyCon Holland 2025 20% cooler? Become a volunteer and help with all sorts of things during the convention. Fill out the form below and we'll get back to you within a month.

You will be working in a team of 30 to 40 enthusiastic fellow volunteers to make the convention as great as it can be. The aim is to have volunteers work about half of the time, the other half they are free to roam and enjoy the convention as any other attendee.

The perks of volunteering are numerous but include:

Free entree to PonyCon Holland for every day you are volunteering;
A T-shirt to wear during the convention and to take home;
Lunch for every day you are volunteering;
A backstage experience you can only get from working during a convention;

Volunteer Lite

Does working the whole convention sound like too much? For you we offer Volunteer Lite, now with artificial sweetener. If you go for this option, we will schedule you in for 2 to 4 hours, and you would still help out our convention. We would still love for you to volunteer the whole convention, but we offer this as an alternative. Perks for this are:

Full volunteer
Volunteer Lite

A regular Full Volunteer works the whole time they are at the convention, where we aim to have 50% of the time be work, and the other 50% of the time be free to enjoy the convention. They receive all the perks of volunteering. A Volunteer Lite is someone we can plan in for 2 to 4 hours of work, when we need the most people.
