To make PonyCon Holland 2021 as awesome as it can be, we need volunteers!
The convention itself will be held on 16th and 17th of October, and we could also use some volunteers that can help on the 15th of October as well.
We expect to schedule volunteers to work about half of the convention time.
And we're of course willing to discuss specific working hours. We do understand you want to see that one specific panel 😉
Volunteers can expect free entry to the conventions, a volunteer t-shirt and free meals (excluding the Friday Eve Dinner) and a few beverages.
We will be using Discord as main communication.
We’re still looking for volunteers to fill the following roles:
- Gopher (all-round help)
- Security member (no first aid)
- Security member (with first aid)
- First aider (no security)
- Technical / Logistical staff member
- Show and/or event host
- Panel host
- Contest judge
- Guest team member
- Cloakroom attendant
- Infobooth attendant
- Ticket scanning
- Organising an event (includes work before the con)
