Hi everypony! I am Poffertje. From this year onwards I’m going to help Waffles with organizing PonyCon Holland. I’m really hyped for it as well, since I wasn’t able to visit the first one. But Waffles couldn’t stop talking about it so I watched the videos on YouTube and I want to be a part of it!

Waffles and I know each other from the bakery where we both work. He specializes in making Stroopwafels (dûh :-P) and my main task is baking poffertjes (very small pancakes) which we sell in the company store. Of course we make many other things as well, but the stroopwafels and the poffertjes are by far the most popular.

Sometimes ponies make fun of me because of my size or even mistake me for a filly. But even though I’m a bit smaller than most mares, I am just as capable of doing things as others.
